Spent Christmas holidays in the countryside hotel and liked the festive decorations and the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. the staff was helpful and friendly but there were not enough of them, always had to wait for things to be done. the location was remote but charming, great for getting away from the city and enjoying some quiet time. We also enjoyed the traditional Christmas meal, which was delicious and served hot.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the heating was not working well, the blankets were thin and the mattresses uncomfortable.

The hotel is set up on what was a farm, using the old granary store and converting it into very nice rooms. The overall impression is of open spaces but lacking something. The pool, spa and fitness area are some way from the accommodation area. Hence the spacious feel. The food was excellent and well presented for dinner, although the main course could have been better. Breakfast was good by Italian standards. The bread was fresh, reasonable choice of cereals, juices, meats and cheese. But don't expect a full English.

Make sure you take a bug spray with you. We got attacked in the evening by little `storm` flies etc which spoilt our meal outside. The hotel seems a bit soulless.

This venue is located in the heart of the city, making it the perfect spot to explore. We had a wonderful experience and would love to return. The terrace was a fantastic addition.

There is a wide range of delicious food for breakfast. Countryside setting of the hotel. It is next to the airport. The room was perfect for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious countryside hotel! It is nestled in a stunning valley, just a short drive away from town. The serene surroundings provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The buffet-style breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The Victor Country Hotel is in a great location in a rural area outside Alberobello. The first-floor room was comfortable and the staff at Reception were helpful. Dinner and buffet breakfast were served on an enclosed terrace with views across the surrounding countryside.

Even with directions, the hotel was not easy to find. There is no lift, so cases have to be carried up 2 flights.

On our romantic escape, we were impressed by the lovely surroundings of the hotel. It was truly a peaceful and serene location, ideal for a romantic getaway. The rooms were comfortable and provided a cozy atmosphere where we could relax together. the on-site restaurant was fantastic, serving up some of the best local cuisine we had during our entire trip.

Our experience at this hotel was not entirely positive. the staff was not very accommodating.

Quiet country location.

Room (superior) on the small side. Our upper floor room had many small birds nesting above - not a problem if you are an early riser or a heavy sleeper but not good if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely, peaceful location, but still within easy reach of Alberobello Splendid main building of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One suggestion - the hotel could improve the road signs leading to the hotel.(e.g. turn left and 1.5km.)

It was lovely. The location was peaceful & beautiful just outside of alberobello. The room was clean and quiet and cute, if a bit small. We loved that they did not have carpeted floors. The pool area was beautiful and the bikes were a nice touch.

If we had to nitpick, the room was a mite small and far from the parking. Overall though a lovely place.

The setting is very nice for this hotel. It was suitable for us as there were a group for a wedding but its quite isolated otherwise. maybe in the height of summer its different. would suit if you wanted a really relaxed break. pool area is nice

i had the impression of an unfinished piece of work. the main reception area is very nice but the rooms were just average. given the big space available, the rooms were small
